This was the 25th anniversary gala night celebration for Oceanside Museum of Art, at The Seabird resort in Oceanside, CA. Wearable art made by local artists were featured on live models as part of the entertainment for the evening.

I brought the "Bowerbird" and "Peacock" ensembles (modeled by CovNasty and Tito, respectively), and for myself, I made a whole new look: "Phoenix Ashes." People didn't believe me when I told them I made my black and gold sequin gown (but apparently, it's completely believable that I constructed the giant golden wings as well as the costumes on my two models...)
